Cant sign in on home network / online on mobile data

This is a strange one. I can access my bank info from the website and data ONLY when on my phone and using my data. If I'm connected to my wifi network, I can't sign in. (Same with everyone in my house with there own Umpqua bank info) Reset my router back to default settings and the same issue. 

No clue what happened cause it used to work fine before. Right before it stopped working though, I started having issues with the website and the app. Can only wonder whats going on.
