Can't log in to accounts on either mobile or desktop

Never been so frustrated in my life. I have been doing online banking with Umpqua before it took over Sterling and before that when it was People's bank.  My has s and and I share accounts and I have always done the bill pay.  Today I ha trouble logging on.  After having to change my user name and password twice, I am now told that I have to set up all my bills on a new account because I can't share one with my husband.  That includes setting up external transfers which takes several days.  We are leaving on a long trip in two days.  I just want to scream!  Maybe time to change banks.
