App and web site down AGAIN

What is WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE.  This site is down CONSTANTLY.  I've been trying to access my account since 8 AM THIS MORNING to make a  loan payment that is DUE TODAY.  THEY NEED TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER  DO THEY EVEN READ THESE POSTS?????  If you try to call them, you are on hold for like 45 MINUTES and if you try to CHAT, it just goes into a virtual loop FOREVER. This is inexcusable
