Logged in and found all of my accounts are gone?? WTF.. is this a glitch, or? I dont know because they don't have a 24 hr help line. Now I can't access my money.

This just happened to me 20 minutes ago, and all my accounts are still missing. Completely gone from my statement history, mobile app, and every other part of their web banking system. I'm in the middle of a chat conversation with their web support team, and was just told that "We have experienced glitches such as this one over the past couple of weeks off and on. Typically, if you give it 5-10 minutes, it should fix itself. If you would like, I am happy to look into it for you now." I've seen other banks fail this spectacularly before, but this is a new level of callous unprofessionalism.
