i am trying to change my background by using picrures i have on my computer but when I press the save botton it is not responding. What would be the problem

Twitter constantly has issues with their profile picture and background uploaders. Sometimes just letting the loader work for some minutes works. Sometimes you just have to try another time when there's not as much traffic.
