Password reset

Gives the following : UNEXPECTED ERROR

this has been going on for months.  Can not log onto my account (forgotten password) can not create a new account ( account already exists. Spoke to someone in customer service Sunday April w6th, 2020. They were unaware of problem. This is frustrating as I need a new phone because mine is not VOLTE compatable.
