I entered the correct ID and PSWD. When I pressed Enter the screen flashes for a moment but just sits on the login screen. I've been having this problem for several days.

I am having complete difficulty trying to log into my account. Tracfone could not fix this despite repeated calls - some 7-8 or more - to their customer service. I wound up using my employer's computer to create a new account, with email and new password. Their website loads slowly. And what happened to Chat? I can't seem to find it on the pages like you could before, and when I click it where the bottom of the page says "contact us", nothing happens. When I attempt to log in with my email and password, the screen flashes and just sits there. This all started when Tracfone started with that stupid CAPTCHA thing - and THAT doesn't work either. All of this is happening on both Edge and Chrome. I am not having problems with any of my other websites. HELP!!!!!!
