Cannot Purchase Minutes

I have been extrememly patient with tracfone. I have been trying to buy the 10 dollar minutes (30 minutes) for 2 whole days. I was understanding that it would take time to correct errors but two days is a very long time. I am upset because I cannot purchase the 10 dollar deal in stores it is a web exclusive. I am thinking about giving up tracfone because of this because I am in need of a reliable carrier that corrects problems in a speedy manor. A normal amount of time for something like this would be 24 hours at the most and it appears that this has been going on for even longer than the two days I have been trying.
