Tracfone.com account login page allows phone entry but does not advance to the password screen. No error message is displayed. Tracfone support was unable to determine the problem.

Website is a mess! Can't login to account. One week and dozens of calls and tickets . Technical Support is a joke. They can't even access the site. How stuopid are these so called webmasters. Were they hired for looks!They should fire the whole lot. Can't run aa simple website? REALLY? Mabe hire someone with experience and not a fashoin statement!
