Can NOT login in to my account NOTHING WORKS!!!

Can NOT login in to my account,NO access at all.Called support thru chat,was suppose to reset everything. NOTHING WORKS!!!Tried several times with the correct user ID and password,still can not login.Did chat with a representative,was suppose to correct the issue,reset my user ID and password,said it would take 15 minutes for their system to update and it should work.Promised me a call back in 15 minutes to see if it did. Nothing but ALL LIARS !!!! Verizon has PURCHASED TRAC FONE.....can you tell???
