When I reported your cable hanging low in the easement to my property last month, your representative verified it was down to 7' above the ground. He said your construction crew or contractor will be here to remove branches depressing cable and repair the coil wrap which was broken. It is now down to 6' above the ground and neiborhood kids are trying tj jump up and hang on it. Thought you would want to know. Address is 503 Oakwood Dr., San Antonio, TX 78228
