Power line down

After the storms, a power line is now down.  I contacted Oncor, they came out last night but stated it was a time warner cable down.  My neighbor reported it with Spectrum last night and was to get a return call by 9am this morning.  No one from Spectrum or TWC has contacted to say when they will be out to repair this down cable.  This needs to happen soon as I have small children that want to play in the back yard.
