Line sagging down over my driveway

I live at 21 Waterhouse Road Gorham Maine 04038. A line was hanging over my driveway with the steel cable support broken. It is starting to unraveled and seperating from the cable. CMP was called and they said it was not the power line. I am contacting you because this will continue to be a problem.

Please come and take a look before I am unable to depart from my driveway. Thank you for your help, it is greatly appreciated.
