Atree fell across the power line and cable lines in front of my house the power company put up there line but not the cable line

Address 111 Parkwood dr Summerville SC 29483 it is posing a serious problem it is blocking my driveway and soneone might run ito it if they use that entrance and cause a serious accident. this has been going on for 2 weeks now.
