What can i do, thank you for you help, and i am sorry for my bad englihs.
Go to the folder where the cookie file is located, example
C:\Documents and Settings\User-name\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
and delete the cookie file.
Thanks for your information, but I can't find the default in my computer, the path way is exist.

If you are using Chrome, try going to (settings) (advanced)(clear browsing data) and clear the cookies. Or like I mentioned before right click on the start button, choose (Explorer) locate the folder
C:\Documents and Settings\User-name\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default
where (User-name) is the the name you use in your computer example: (John Smith) and delete the cookie file.
