Go to the folder where the cookie file is located, example

C:\Documents and Settings\User-name\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

and delete the cookie file.

If you are using Chrome, try going to (settings) (advanced)(clear browsing data) and clear the cookies. Or like I mentioned before right click on the start button, choose (Explorer) locate the folder

C:\Documents and Settings\User-name\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

where (User-name) is the the name you use in your computer example: (John Smith) and delete the cookie file.
