CAn't place orders

When changing stores on the HD web site while placing an order and entering a different zip code everything seems fine.   However if you select a different item to order  and try to change stores the first item is shown at the top of the spashscreen and and the error message in red comes up "Error! Invalid search".  IT is therefore iimpossible to locate the a store that has the product in stock and place the order accordingly  In fact the site is now useless for trying to locate products in any store that may have them in stock and place an order accordingly.   This situation will contimneue for several days and then clear, only to return again.   This has been happening over the last month.

I called this into HD Customer Service for Web orders and after explaining the issue to 3 reps and after 45 minutes I was told to file this issue on the sitedown.co website.  It was readily apparent that Home Depot has no IT people that deal wwith customer complaints directly in a timely manner.   Therefore to get the material in a timely manner I placed the order elesewhere and will contiumnue to do so on a dailly basis.
