Cannot access my account or update password

Tried to access acount, password did not work.  Tried to update to new password, did not work either.  Tried "forgot password" and was emailed site to change password.  Did this and tried new passwod--was told password was not recignized.  I have had an account with Lowes for several years.  Is Lowes website under cyber attack?
