i was hacked and was robbed of 5,000$ and lost 7,800 and says it was payed to me but only has gotin under 100 dollars, i was saveing and need that money or i will be evited please help me

I was doing my work log. And it logged me off. Now saying fraud or Suspicious activit. now won't let me do a payment request. Called Twc. Still have not got a call back. They did a ticket. My stuff is all messed up. Did my work log through the portal. Don't know how I'm going to do my next payment. Can someone please help.
