I also cleared cache and cannot log in.
Ditto! First happened a week ago and my account was flagged for identity theft since I kept trying to get in over the day. Took several calls last week, finally got account "unlocked" today and same exact thing! I've cleared cookies and cache on several browsers over and over. This is ridiculous.
