i have reset my password online. Once I tried To verify my account I am unable to login because my social security number is tied to a different username. So I try logging in with that username. It directs me to call to reset my password and will not allow me to reset my password any other way. I know my pin. I know my email. I have been calling since 3/20 each and everyday beginning before 8:00am. I have tried 5 different numbers off and on, each day since. It tells me to file online due to the call volume and hangs up- will not place me in que. I sent an email and received an email back stating I would be hearing from someone soon. That was Friday morning. I have not received a call or email to resolve my issue and I still have not been able to apply for unemployment! I need help applying for unemploymen!!!
