can not upload requeste documents via TWC’s UI Submission Portal. Files look like they are attaching but submit button not available. Submit button available but file attachments are lost.

i never received this letter until 8-23-21. I am trying to submit my info but portal not working.
I submitting mine months ago and had trouble submitting and thought it went through and now they are telling me I didn't and I owe them money and I can't get through to them. and there is no way to find out if it went through
Same here. I submitted the documents months ago, which they told me was acceptable proof, now they are saying they never received anything. No one answers their phones, or replies to my emails. The submission portal no longer works and they say in the email they sent me two days ago that if I dont prove my employment by December that I will have to pay back all of the benefits they paid out and that I can be charged with fraud. What the HELL?????
ui portal link does not work. It won't load anything at all. I need to submit proof of employment but I can't do it. I will try calling in the morning.
My wife is desperately trying to send proof that she was eligible for the disaster assistance through TWC but the portal with shows an error message or, otherwise, never even loads. This site, this system, this entire government entity is broken. Giving someone a lifeline in a desperate situation, then demanding they prove they were worthy of receiving funds that come from the money they have been paying the government thier entire lives, and then making it impossible to show that proof, all while stirring up fear and anxiety that they may be punished for accepting help at all, is inhumane and cruel. These people should be ashamed of themselves. If they want proof of eligibility, they should have gotten it when the claim was filed, or at least put in the funds and effort to make thier bloody website work correctly. I hate seeing my wife so upset, especially when it's over something so stupid.

The workforce commission just called me back and let me know that the email that everyone received a few days ago went out to everyone who had received benefits regardless of who had sent proof or not- he said it was an error in the system. They did confirm that they received my proof back in June and that they don't need anything else from me. So I would say if any of y'all had submitted proof and received a confirmation email from TWC prior to this most recent email that went out- then y'all are good too! If you go to TWC homepage and go into the chat box on the bottom right- you can fill out a contact request form, I did this yesterday, and the guy called me today. So if you want to double check- I'd say that will be the fastest way to speak to an actual person. I know they aren't accepting calls if you call their numbers: hope this helps guys!!!
