Interesting that the deadline day is when everything is acting up. Extend the deadline.

Cannot upload documents on the TWC portal, also did this month's ago and was not notified until a day past the deadline.
I also did this when I originally got the notice in May -- have had correspondance with TWC since and they referenced my employment w/o informing me that my documents were never submitted?
Seems highly suspect that this is happening the day before the deadline.
