I have tried the website at all hours of the day and night on multiple devices and multiple browsers and it has yet to work. I have logged thousands of phone calls to occasionally get the we are too busy to answer the phone recording and a busy signal the rest of the time. I know I am not the only one ...has anyone found a trick to get through or heard if/when they are going to fix something?
