Trying to request payment: Click no address change and then robot box then hit next. Get error message that won't let me past this page. Logged out and back in, tried again, same error message.

Tried to submit my payment request give me a technical error kicked me out and when I log back in it won't allow me to submit another payment request it says it's too early to file come back January 17.
