Message says that the social security number doesn’t match my ID

Every time I try to login i go through all of the step to verif. after the screen were you enter your SSN. then I enter the password and the message attached pops up

I'm having the same issue. Is the site crashed? Our local office is closed and the 1800 number is endlessly busy. How am I supposed to apply for benefits?

This is my issue as well. I sign in with my user I'd and password. Then I put in my social and it kicks me out. Says social is associated with another user ID. Then when you put in forgot user ID it gives you the same ID that you are using. I've been calling for two weeks and cant get through. I dont know what else to do.
