You guys are absolutely ridiclous your whole system is a joke I cannot get access too my online portal and i need my income tax information I am filling a report too the bbb and also speaking too my attorney I work for edd so I know what you guys are doing too people receiving. Unemployement you are intentionally giving them the run around.

Every time I go to the website, it says it doesn't recognize my credentials. I reset my password and login in, I log off, and I got straight back and it says it doesn't recognize my credentials, and I have to keep resetting the password. This happens over and over.
