Doesnt allow access to website

I have been trying for over 6 weeks to get online to check status of my claims. It always says that I need to reset password, so I do, and then when I get that entered, it says social security number associated with another account and to put the email asscociated. I do that and it gives me the same user ID that I have been trying to use. I need answers.
