I know I am using the correct User name password pin and ssn but keep getting this message "This Social Security Number is already associated with a User ID. If you provided an email address, when you originally signed up for Unemployment Benefits Services, select "Forgot User ID?". Otherwise, please contact a TWC Tele-Center at 800-939-6631 for help."

I have the exact same issue....have been trying for four days to log in...frustrated beyond belief...no phones being nwsered, etc...this is just adding more stress since I got laid off...
Im going thru the same issue, it says this ID is associated with a different SS#
I know its late, but this is happening to me right now and its frustrating. It keeps logging off and taking me in a loop. Can you please tell me how you solved the problem please.

I put in my passwork about 15 time it will not take it
