won't allow me to add ANY to cart (even online only items) - just gives button to "check in store"

Called online customer service, and the person was absolutely useless.  First told me the order must not be in stock - when I had her check 4 different items -- of course, she was showing they WERE in stock.  Tried to order from her, but she couldn't apply sale prices.  Wow.  This is the third or fourth time in last week I have had trouble with Target.com.
