Trying to pay redcard. Whenever log in with user and pw, blanks out and says field is empty and required

Able to log in to main area but then when go to make payment I have to put in username and password again and keep getting error message saying it's either incorrect and the following are required. 

Same issue! Been this way for over a year. Glad I'm on autopay, or we'd have a problem!
