Stuck on "loading" & keeps adding items to my cart

Site added quantities to my cart on my item, so instead of like 10 items, I have 22! One is 4 of the same shirt. I won't let me view items, remove items from my cart or change quantities. Once I click to do something it just loads indefinitely, with no results.
