called customer svc and gal asked me for ss#, login id, phone # and told me she can't find my acct...i am told to repeat all the information. Then someone else comes on the phone and asks me for the same information.
If your website is down, then that's all the customer rep needs to say. Not ask me all the info and then say 'i can't find your acct'. Please train your staff how to handle outages.
I'm pissed i gave out my ss# and still told 'i can't locate your acct'.
