"something has gone wrong...please try again later" tried logging in with email/phone number...tried to get new password...tried to create new account, all to no avail. Doing those for almost 2 hours! I quit.

When i try to Sign in or Create an account it gives me a error saying "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again"
Got my new contactless card 12/18/2020. Tried using 12/19/2020 and was denied. Had to use another credit card that was denied twice before finally accepted therefore did not receive 5% discount perredcard. All accts are fully paid to date. 12/20 I have tried numerous times to access my redcard account and cannot get into site
