Can't add payment and pay for items

I tried to add payment info (my credit card) to pay for an order and I keep getting oops an error has occurred, I didn't even put in my credit card number and I keep getting the pop-up box an error has occurred!!!  Extremely frustrating as I wanted to do the two hour pick up
