Well this is total bulls!*t for sure. How the hell can a company this big let there site go down for almost 12 hours. I have been trying to login to tmobile.com for several hours and I keep getting the error above about trying again later. WTF is going on with this worthless company?
Can't pay my bill. Website is down. Did they notify customers? WTF
Site is still down today (Saturday 11/17)! No indication from TMobile when it will be back up. Very disappointing!
Tmobile is absolutely horrible. Been with them 3 years and they have not once tried to accommodate or rectify any of my issues. They have a good sale finally and they site goes down conveniently for the duration of the sale! When i call customer service the price they give me for my upgrade is $50 more then what they have on their website i ask them to honor their advertisment they tell me that they can't change prices and that if i want the web price i have to purchase throuhg web...but i can't because it down and they know it!

ALSO CAN'T MAKE ANY CLALLS "NO T-MOBIL SERVICE", I MUST HAVE CALLED
A DOZEN TIMES EVERY TIME I HEAR ANOTHER STORY!!!
