Online Pay Feature

I've been going on T-mobile all day to try and make my payment and it's keep saying that the payment feature is down for maintainence. When I call customer service, it won't allow me to make my payment without speaking to a rep. Unfortunately, I can't sit on the phone to wait to pay right now. It's one thing for the site to be down for an hour, which is a long time nowadays but it's been about six hours now. Ridiculous
