I am having the exact same issue. I am having the issue with everything behind my AT&T residential gateway 5268AC. So my issue is not with my laptop but with my gateway in some form or fasion but I cannot figure it out. Anyone having this issue with the same gateway or AT&T Uverse internet service? Thanks.
