Pay all my bills on line. Need to pay bills.......how can I do that if I can't get into bill pay!?! Very bad business practice!!

is Sun Trust going to refund us late charges if our bill pay payments are late? How can we know what is in our account if we can’t log in. We can be overdrawn and won’t know it. This makes me very uncomfortable. No information forthcoming from Sun Trust.
