Suntrust website down

I'm trying to do online banking, but the entire suntrust website is down. I cannot even open its home page.  I'm located in Taiwan and I tired all possible networks including fiber, mobile, and asked our biggest ISP to track and they can't open the site either.  It's been 3 days.
