Suntrust Online Cash Manager has been down for 3 days now. On my computer it says it's for scheduled maintenance, no way it takes 3 days. And on my phone I get an 'unavailable' message. Ridiculous. And no way to contact Suntrust on Sunday. I need to know if a if a deposit was done on Friday, but I can't access my information and can't contact anyone.

same thing here---I caught someone @ 4pm on saturday who was aware of the situation, but said it will corrected with the overnight update on saturday as its normally done----as of 5pm on sunday, still no good! You'd think someone would have at least thought of answering the phones thru the weekend so their customers can plan accordingly---"bankers hours" at its finest
