SunTrust online banking service unavailable

 This is happening way too much and I need to pay my bills.  The bank kept trying to get me to do online banking and I finally did it and now wish I had not. This is not a problem with my phone because I am able to get on to other things. This is unacceptable because it causes me to be late with my bills. Sometimes I can't get on for days. Please fix this SunTrust or I'm going to have to bank somewhere else so I can pay my bills. Sometimes, the old way of doing things, actually going to the bank, is better.
