I can log on to suntrust site and see my accounts but when I try to go to the billpay section, it won't load and gives a "server down" type warning. This happened with muitiple browsers.

Suntrust needs to get its act together and protect customers accounts. If ID thieves can accesss our bank accounts online, why can't the customers??????? Suntrust will probably increase its fees to make up for causing customers great inconvenience. Customers will end up paying for Suntrust's problems. Very disappointed in service at Suntrust.
is the online site down? I can't see my balance nor transactions.
