Online service down

Every week 3 to 5 times the online service is always down. If it's the suntrust app or go online to the website. This is annoying it is very very annoying. They need to fix this honestly I get if you have to do some updates or what ever but do that once a week or something late at night but every time I get the service is temporary not avaiable please try again. I am about to leave this bank honestly.
