My account has not been updated since 1/13!! I

There are no transactions whatsoever since 1/13/17 on my online account, its like it froze that day never posting my direct deposits and putting my account balance extremely low! What's the deal? I tried to chat online with Rep, was told I was first in que, 29 Minutes later it says no rep available. This bank sucks!
