Mobile Banking App and Online Banking Website are down.

Mobile banking app has been down since last week on my Android Phone. Unable to login to Mobile Banking Website from PC, Mac, Android, and iPad. Mobile Banking App and Website worked on iPhone earlier today, then stopped working. 15 minute wait on the phone after going through multiple automated menues. What is going on???
