Can't deposit rent/mortgage payment

Went to local branch to pay rent/mortgage.

Teller said all systems down and I can't make a deposit today.

Told her this would make rent/mortgage late!!! She just sorry there's nothing she can do. Even when i asked how this would affect the mortgage she said I'm sorry and it would incur a late charge!!!!!!! Seriously!!!! YOUR SYSTEM IS DOWN, I'M PAYING ON TIME BUT YOU'RE PUNISHING ME!!!!! FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE! NO WONDER YOUR RATINGS SUCK!!!!
