Trying to make BB&T car payment. Not recognizing my sign in.

I had problems making my car payments with BB&T and now I can't get in at all to your Truist system to make my car payment. I had to go buy a branch to straighten things out with BB&T. Now Truist isn't recognizing my name or password.
