800 number issues and customer support for online bnking

account has been locked for 'suspicious activity', recieved call from 1800-382-3232.  unable to get a hold of customer service, number hangs up shortly, or when someone does come on, they claim they are unable to provide online baknking assistance and ask me to call online customer support directly...which is the same 800 i called in the first place.  they claimed they are also having "issues" and cannot redirect my call themselves.
