Not able to pay bill online

Says "Something not quite right" when I get to the submit page.  This is for a bill that I have paid before.  Yes I restarted computer.  Truist claims it is a nationwide problem.

Has Truist provided an estimated time when Bill Pay service will be restored? I can't find anything on their site.
