Cant use mobile Deposit

Says to place check on dark surfice (Its on a back cloth) and wont auto capture the check. This is issue is only for the frount of the check, the back side works fine. If you take a manuel picture then it tells you there is a problem with the service please try again. Is there any eta on this being fixed?
